What Does VETSPAC Do for Veterans?

VETSPAC provides a means for veterans and supportive Americans to make every dollar of their political contributions count only for veterans. VETSPAC uses your donations to move realistic veterans legislation through Congress as well as contributing to the election of Senators and Representatives who support our cause. As one member of Congress put it bluntly, My door is always open, but is open wider to those of you who support my election campaign. VETSPAC makes full use of that access on your behalf to support federal legislation.

We are beginning to focus on the 110th Congress and our immediate priorities will be the elimination of the SBP/DIC offset (Widows Concurrent Receipt).

How can I Make My Voice Heard?

By making a contribution to VETSPAC, you will be joining with other veterans to support meaningful veterans legislation and those Senators and Representatives who really do support such legislation. Your contribution will mean that true veterans voices will be heard on Capitol Hill.

Why Should I Get Involved?

There can be no doubt that the actions of Congress have an impact on the daily lives of veterans.

In 2005 Vetspac spearheaded legislation for 100% CRDP.

In 2008 we Spearheaded Combat Related Special Compensation for those with less than twenty years service.

With the number of veterans in Congress dwindling to record lows and the lack of support and effectiveness of the traditional VSO's on Capitol Hill, a powerful VETSPAC is our best opportunity to make realistic legislative gains for veterans.
