Win Reither

Win Reither, retired from the Air Force after serving as a fighter pilot and Group Commander followed by Pentagon Division Chief and Office of Secretary Defense Tactical Warfare programs assignments..

A National War College graduate, he retired from one of the top three Defense Contractors Washington offices, as a Senior Business Development Director Defense Programs and lobbying the Armed Services Committees. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for The National Association of Uniformed Services.

Later he established a Political Action Committee with contributions for CQ Today Ads, helped to convince the Armed Services Committee to include fourteen thousand 100% disabled retirees with full concurrent receipt offset in the 2005 Defense Budget. Currently he is partnered with John Brennan as Vetspac Associates, a Washington DC based SDVOSB providing legislative support for Defense and Veterans Affairs related programs.

John Brennan

John Brennan is an independent public relations and lobbying consultant to The MWW Group in Washington, D.C. He is a former Communications Director for Members of the House and Senate as well as the Senior Communications Specialist for a Cabinet Member. Prior to his government service, he worked as the Assignment Editor, Television Reporter and Producer for a Washington independent television news agency.  

 

He has worked on issues for veterans and their survivors for the past five years working with the House and Senate Veterans Affairs Committees, the Veterans Affairs Administration and veterans service organizations. He organized VETSPAC as a 527 political organization, and is partnered with Win Reither as Vetspac Associates.

 

Mr. Brennan holds a B.A. in History and an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. He is an Air Force veteran serving as a navigator.

Carl M. Burnett

Carl M. Burnett is an independent project manager for small businesses and an adjunct professor with Johns Hopkins University in the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. Mr. Burnett was previously an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. Mr. Burnett is a member of the Boards of Directors for various corporations to include GeoQwest International, Inc., The Real Estate Cable Network, Inc. and Prime Radiant Productions, Inc.

Mr. Burnett is a NASD Series 63 qualified securities agent and a certified television producer for the Federal Audiovisual Contract Management Agency. Mr. Burnett, a member of the US Army Corps of Engineers, retired from the US Army after 22 years of service. Mr. Burnett holds a Masters of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University in Information Systems and Telecommunications.
