Abell's letter to Dr. Kathleen Peroff on December 21, 2004 computed

The
DOD legal interpretation of the new CRDP law includes up to 23,000 rated
100% and 28,000 with between 60-90% and rated as Unemployable, and we
expect the final decision to be issued after the New Year. The VETSPAC
team lobbied hard for the 100% CRDP issue and helped to successfully
change the law! This could not have happened without Senator Reid’s
leadership on a focused solution with realistic legislation. |
